PURPOSE AND SCOPE :
Supports FME Canada’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FME Canada Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.
Under the direction of the Director, Supply Chain Management, this individual will be responsible for all matters pertaining to receiving, storage and distribution of products, and will be responsible for warehouse facility.
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES :
CUSTOMER SERVICE :

Responsible for driving the FME Canada culture through values and customer service standards.

Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
-
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
-
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
-
Handle all customer inquiries related to sales order processing, shipping, and condition and timeliness of delivery.

Provide leadership and training to warehouse staff, conduct regular team meetings and annual performance appraisals.

Oversee the receiving of in-bound and shipping of out-bound products. Manage the inflow of goods with freight carriers.

Responsible for the location and storage of Fresenius Medical Care products assuring accuracy and accessibility of inventory.

Oversee the warehouse staff/team for the picking, packing and processing of all customer orders and warehouse transfers and filing of packing slips.

Responsible for building maintenance and supervision.

Directs the safety and security function of the facility.

Look after all incoming and outgoing equipment along with managing spare parts for use by the In-house technician.

Ensure that Inventory transactions are accurately recorded and Book to physical inventory adjustments are at minimum levels.

Conduct annual cycle counts of all Fresenius/Third Party inventory.

Ensure correct recording of all changes in FME Canada ERP system.

Provide relevant reports to Sr. Inventory Analyst.

Carry a cell phone as required for product emergencies during non-working hours.

Work with members of other departments and the management team with a commitment to achieve company goals and contribute to the overall growth and success of Fresenius Canada.

Prepare monthly reports that measure Key Performance Indicators.

Develop, maintain and implement SOP specific to responsibilities.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION :
· College or University education in business or Supply Chain Management.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS :

Minimum 8 – 10 years of warehouse and facility management experience with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory/manager capacity.

Strong communication skills
-
Experienced in working with ERP systems, MS Word and MS Excel.
