Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift in Milton, Ontario

This is a Monday to Friday 11PM to 7AM, Warehouse Supervisor opening in Milton, ON. This is a direct hire, full time position within Lineage.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in our unionized, cold storage facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in complex warehouse operations, managing 40+ team members, and a strong track record of accomplishments with the ability to work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to ensure team productivity and efficiency.

• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory organization, and warehouse operations.

• Oversee resource allocation, production schedules, and operational reporting.

• Resolve employee issues and maintain communication across all levels of the organization.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including accident investigation procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution or warehouse operations (not production/manufacturing).

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong conflict management and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment (-25°C/-20°F) and lift up to 40 lbs.

This role requires someone with a proven ability to manage complex operations, drive results, and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
