Job Description

This is a flex worker warehouse position, responsible for picking, stocking, and other related duties. Tasks include relabeling products, optimizing racking space, picking orders, stocking raw and finished goods locations, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks. Cross-training for other positions will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders throughout the building.

• Relabel products and optimize racking space.

• Stock raw and finished goods locations.

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

• Receive cross-training for other positions.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience with order picking.

• Reach Truck Forklift certification.

• Good communication skills, including speaking and understanding written English.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, anything more will be done with a partner.

• Comfortable with heights, as the order picker goes up to 16’ with a harness.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Order picker or lift certification.

• 1+ year experience operating a reach truck.

• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Good math skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team of up to 10 people.

• Proven punctuality and reliability.

• Team player with a multi-tasking capability.
