Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for picking orders using pen and paper, operating a pallet jack, preparing orders for shipment, conducting physical inventory of products (cycle counts), and receiving shipments while properly placing and categorizing stock received. The shift for this position is Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm and offers a starting wage of $19/hr.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using a pallet jack, pen and paper

• Prepare orders for shipment

• Conduct physical inventory of products (cycle counts)

• Receive shipments and properly place and categorize stock received

Essential Skills

• 1 year of warehouse experience

• Attention to detail while meeting deadlines

• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs (not constant)

• Comfortable submitting to a criminalbackground check

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift operation

• Electric pallet jack operation

Work Environment

The warehouse team is the backbone of the organization, ensuring products are delivered to the right place at the right time. The warehouse is smaller, with a team of four people, and operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with part-time hours available from 7:30 am to noon. The position offers a starting wage of $19/hr, with an increase to $20/hr once permanent, and an annual wage review.
