Then, Apply Now!Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Web Analytics Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing website data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve website performance. The successful candidate will optimize digital products related to personal savings and investments, leveraging tools like Adobe Target and Google Analytics to enhance user experience and engagement.Responsibilities:

• Optimize digital products focused on personal savings and investments.
• Test initiatives on the portfolio regarding personal savings and investments.
• Analyze data to assess performance and identify pain points.
• Collaborate with partners to understand and address their needs.
• Articulate strategies to improve customer engagement.
• Understand the site and its products online.
• Leverage Adobe Target for optimization.
• Use heat maps to analyze customer interactions with pages.
• Develop hypotheses, conduct market testing, and make business recommendations.
• Publish pages through content delivery.

Desired Skill-Set:

• 3 years of experience with web optimization software such as Adobe Target, Maxymiser, or Google Website Optimizer.
• 3 years of experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Adobe Certification.
• Banking or financial industry experience.
