Our company’s success is driven by our dynamic, highly-skilled and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area’s economy and sense of community.The RoleAs part of the Yard Crew team, you will work a continental shift, the hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and report to the Yard Crew Manager.Primary duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Shoveling / Chopping ice
• Loading / Offloading ice
• Scanning
• Cleaning yard, shoveling snow and pallet repairs
• Pallet repairs
• WWTP Coverage
• Trailer Wash Coverage
• Guard Shack Coverage

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Strong focus to detail
• Excellent communication skills & teamwork
• Flexible working hours.
• Works well in a high demanding, deadline driven environment
• Forklift and Manitou license would be an asset, however training is provided.
• Driver’s license.
• Adhere to and promote all QA and Health and Safety regulations
• Respectful to others and follow company policies and rules
