A Day in the Life:
The Senior legal Counsel will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to developing innovative solutions for complex labour and employment matters while ensuring legal compliance across all Canadian operations. This role is critical in leveraging deep knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure, and strategy to enhance organizational outcomes and mitigate risk. Major decisions involve navigating complex regulatory frameworks, determining effective dispute‑resolution strategies, and providing guidance on sensitive, high‑stakes employee matters—often requiring new perspectives and creative solutions.
